Starting a new one…

We recently started construction on 1754 Hollyhock Terrace. This is the fourth of four homes in a row that we have completed on Hollyhock. If you haven’t checked out Hollyhock Terrace, you need to do so, this is a beautiful little street.

We will complete this property in early October, just in time to take advantage of the home buyer tax credit. Check out the link below for a great site discussing the homebuyer tax credit.
